Dr. Scholastica A. ILoghalu, DHA is a healthcare leadership strategist, consultant, author, and community development leader. Her work sits at the intersection of ethical leadership, healthcare, organizational integrity, and human transformation. She aspires to help leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen governance, manage risk, and build systems grounded in accountability, dignity, and ethical practice.

As the author of Ethical Leadership in Healthcare and Other Industries and UN-MUTED: A Radical Return to Grace, she brings together academic rigor and lived experience to explore what it means to lead with courage, integrity, resilience, and purpose. She is also passionate about developing resilient leaders and restoring voices, particularly through mentorship, community initiatives, and the work of the WADAN Community Foundation.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to bringing order to institutional complexity, giving voice to the suppressed, and building ethical systems where people and organizations can flourish. 

Dr. Scholastica hails from Adazi-Nnukwu, Anaocha Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria. She is the daughter of the late Sir Martin Ndubisi ILoghalu  and late lady Bertha Ifeoma ILoghalu. A proud mother of four accomplished children. She also celebrates her cultural heritage as a member of the Ofuobi age grade and an expert in Itunya, a traditional dance native to her community. She is also a contributor to the entertainment sector in Hollywood, California and she also founded the Catholic Girls Dance group at St. Eugene Catholic Church, Los Angeles.

Dr. ILoghalu’s professional journey spans over two decades of leadership in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, and policy development. Her strategic vision and expertise have consistently inspired high-performing teams and advanced ethical decision-making within the industry. 

As the founder and Chief Visionary Leader of the WADAN Community Foundation, Dr. ILoghalu is dedicated to empowering young girls and fostering human capital development. Her leadership has been recognized internationally, and she is a featured speaker at conferences hosted by the International Institute for African Scholars (IIAS) and other prestigious organizations.
