Dr. Scholastica Amogechukwu ILoghalu is a trailblazer and transformative leader renowned for her innovative strategies, ethical leadership, and unwavering commitment to fostering positive change. A staunch advocate for sustainability, social justice, and evidence-based practices, Dr. ILoghalu applies a symphonological approach to integrate ethics into professional settings. Her career exemplifies resilience, integrity, and a profound dedication to excellence.
Dr. Scholastica hails from Adazi-Nnukwu, Anaocha Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria. She is the daughter of the late Sir Martin Ndubisi ILoghalu and late lady Bertha Ifeoma ILoghalu. A proud mother of four accomplished children.
She also celebrates her cultural heritage as a member of the Ofuobi age grade and an expert in Itunya, a traditional dance native to her community.
Dr. ILoghalu’s professional journey spans over two decades of leadership in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, and policy development. Her strategic vision and expertise have consistently inspired high-performing teams and advanced ethical decision-making within the industry.
She is also a contributor to the entertainment sector in Hollywood, California and she also founded the Catholic Girls Dance group at St. Eugene Catholic Church, Los Angeles.
As the founder and Chief Visionary Leader of the WADAN Community Foundation, Dr. ILoghalu is dedicated to empowering young girls and fostering human capital development. Her leadership has been recognized internationally, and she is a featured speaker at conferences hosted by the International Institute for African Scholars (IIAS) and other prestigious organizations.
